So...you want to become a priest?
One bright Sunday morning-barely a month after being ordained priest, I was at the entrance of the church at the Consolata Shrine Westlands getting ready to go in for Mass, when someone tapped my shoulder. I turned and who do I see? Andrew, an old time friend whom I had not met since our days as members of the youth group, and that was a number of years ago.
“Hey Dan”, he called out, “you mean you finally became a priest?” he asked with an it-cant-be-true look on his face.
